Reason
1 - Damaged/Incorrect/Expired Products Received:
If you receive a product for which the UPC code is different from the
one on the website or that was damaged
during shipment or will expiry before you can reasonably use it, you
will receive full refund on purchase price and all the shipping cost.
Products that are not damaged, must be retuned unopened and in resalable
condition. Please do not discard any damaged products. Products that are reasonably with-in their expiration date but look or smell or taste or behave differently from what you may have seen before are not considered damaged/spoiled. Please contact manufacturer to find if the differences you observe are normal lot to lot variation in
the product.

2 - Product Contents and Pictures are different from the description on Website:
Manufacturers change the products often to keep up with marketing
trends. To ensure you received the correct product, please compare the
UPC code for the product you received with the UPC code on the website.
Retuned products must be unopened and in resalable condition. You will
be responsible the cost of shipping the products back to us using a
traceable delivery method (US Mail with Delivery Confirmation or
UPS/FedEx Ground). Normal handling charge of $2.95 is waived for these
returns.

3 - Unwanted Products: If you change your mind about the product
after it is shipped, you can still return it for refund of purchase
price less shipping and handling. Retuned products must be unopened and
in resalable condition. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply if you return 6 or more of the same product
or return products more than 15 days after receipt. You will be responsible the cost of
shipping the products back to us using a traceable delivery method (US
Mail with Delivery Confirmation or UPS/FedEx Ground). See

4 - Product Failed Manufacturer's Guarantee
of Performance: If a product is guaranteed by the
manufacturer to work but it fails to achieve the guaranteed performance,
you can return it for refund of purchase price less shipping and
handling. You will be responsible the cost of shipping the products back
to FindSupplements using a traceable delivery method (US Mail with
Delivery Confirmation or UPS/FedEx Ground). The returned product must
meet all other requirements set by the manufacturer. See

products.
Note: To receive the refund, you must return the products to
FindSupplements and NOT to the manufacturer.

Charge: All products returned for Reasons

of Shipping: Customer is responsible for all the cost of shipping
the products. This includes initial shipment from FindSupplements to the
address provided by the customer as well as cost of shipping the product
back to FindSupplements. This shipping charges will be deducted from the
refund.

Shipping Promotions: For orders qualifying for free shipping
promotion, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
