Serving Suggestions:
Mix 2 teaspoons in a 8 oz. glass of water or juice. Drink 20 minutes before, or 2 hours following a meal as Berry Barley Essence is more completely absorbed when taken on an empty stomach. Do not mix with hot liquids or food as this will destroy the enzymes in Berry Barley Essence.

The barley grass in Berry Barley Essence is grown in some of the world's most fertile soil on rolling hillsides in Japan and on the Oxnard Plain near the Pacific Ocean in California.
